For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the pickup time, a fee of 50% of the total reservation amount will be applicable.   • When will my chauffeur arrive? What is a spot time?

    For every service type, our chauffeurs will ideally arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. This is called a “Spot Time” and is in place to ensure even if your chauffeur experiences unexpected circumstances like unusual traffic congestion, delays, etc, that they will still be on time for your scheduled pickup time. Please don’t feel rushed when your chauffeur arrives early, this is simply a courtesy to our clients. Please also note that the “Spot Time” is not a guarantee that the driver will arrive early, the guaranteed time is the pickup time listed on your reservation confirmation.

  • How will the billing appear on my credit card statement?

    When using a credit card to complete your purchase, the descriptor on your credit card statement will be “FSL TRANSPORTATION” and after your service is completed you will also receive a Invoice/receipt via email with has a breakdown of the reservation and charges and also includes a link to a simplified invoice for printing or submission elsewhere.

  • How will I receive my reservation confirmation?

    Once your request has been received, reviewed, and approved, you will receive an email reservation confirmation (usually within 5 minutes of submitting your request) with all of your reservation information, and options to pay for your service through our secure online portal.

  • When will my Chauffeur be in contact with me?

    Chauffeur assignments can change, for this reason, we don’t provide Chauffeur contact info in advance to avoid any confusion if a change does happen before the actual reservation. You should expect to receive a notification from your Chauffeur the day of your service approximately 30-45 minutes in advance of your scheduled pickup time
