For Sure Luxury LLC understands that circumstances may require changes to reservations. Our policy aims to balance flexibility with operational needs and safety considerations.

Reservations canceled or modified 24 hours or more in advance are subject to a 50% fee, with a minimum charge of $40 for modifications.

Service reservations canceled or modified within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur the full amount of the reservation.

Deposits are non-refundable unless For Sure Luxury LLC cancels the reservation.

For Sure Luxury reserves the right to cancel any reservation for reasons such as dangerous weather conditions, unsafe travel conditions, mechanical breakdown, or other emergencies. This includes situations unsafe for our personnel or clients, at the sole discretion of any For Sure Luxury representative.

In the event of a reservation being canceled by For Sure Luxury, every effort will be made to notify the client in advance and explore alternative transportation options, which may include engaging a third-party transportation provider to fulfill the service.

This policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness in managing reservations while prioritizing the safety and well-being of our clients and personnel.

The client acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for all charges, fees, and expenses incurred in connection with the use of services provided by For Sure Luxury LLC. This responsibility extends to any charges incurred by the client's guests or any third parties associated with the client. The client further understands and accepts that payment is due promptly upon receipt of an invoice or notification of charges.

In the event of any disputes regarding charges or fees, the client agrees to promptly engage in good faith discussions with For Sure Luxury LLC to resolve the matter. Failure to address and settle any outstanding charges within the specified timeframe may result in additional fees, interest, or the withholding of services, at the sole discretion of For Sure Luxury LLC.

The client also understands that failure to meet payment obligations may lead to legal action, and in such cases, the client agrees to be responsible for any legal fees incurred by For Sure Luxury LLC in enforcing the terms of this agreement.

By utilizing the services provided by For Sure Luxury LLC, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined in this Payment Responsibility clause.

For Sure Luxury LLC offers convenient payment options to enhance your experience. We accept the following payment methods:

Credit Cards: We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You also have the option to save a card on file for seamless transactions for future services.

Cash (USD) Currency: For your convenience, we accept cash payments in USD. However, please note that if you choose to pay cash to the chauffeur at the time of service, the chauffeur may not be guaranteed to have proper change.

Please note the following:

Check Policy: Personal checks are not accepted. Business checks may be considered with pre-approval.

Pre-payment and Down Payment: At the sole discretion of For Sure Luxury LLC, pre-payment or a percentage-based down payment may be required in certain circumstances. This will be communicated and agreed upon before the provision of services.

Receipts:

Receipts are an essential part of our commitment to transparency and service excellence. Here's what you need to know:

Delivery Options: Receipts are available digitally upon request or can be sent via postal service after the completion of our services.

Credit Card Statement Descriptor: Transactions with For Sure Luxury LLC will appear on your credit card statement as “FSL TRANSPORTATION.”

For Sure Luxury LLC aims to make your payment experience seamless and transparent. If you have any specific requests or inquiries regarding payments and receipts, please feel free to contact us.

Point-to-Point Transfer:

15 minutes of complimentary wait time is included with Point-to-Point Transfer service.

If after the initial 15 minutes of waiting all passengers have not been loaded into the vehicle entirely, the reservation billing can be converted to hourly billing, starting at a 2-Hour minimum rate and billed at the prevailing hourly rate for the chosen service vehicle type.

Usually, your chauffeur will arrive earlier than your scheduled pickup time, and that early arrival does not count against the initial 15-minute wait time.

For Sure Luxury reserves the right to cancel any reservation for various reasons regarding wait time, including but not limited to excessive wait time that will jeopardize a different reservation, and if no contact with the client can be made after For Sure Luxury has made all available attempts to contact.

Airport Flight Arrivals:

Your chauffeur will actively monitor the flight status for potential delays or early arrivals.

Complimentary wait time for flight arrivals is 30 minutes after the actual flight arrival time.

If the "Checked Luggage" option is selected during booking, the complimentary wait time is extended to 45 minutes.

Early arrivals of the chauffeur before the scheduled flight arrival time do not count against the complimentary wait time.

If additional wait time is required beyond the complimentary period, it will be billed at the prevailing hourly rate for the chosen service vehicle type.

For Sure Luxury reserves the right to cancel any reservation for various reasons regarding wait time, including but not limited to excessive wait time that will jeopardize a different reservation, and if no contact with the client can be made after For Sure Luxury has made all available attempts to contact.

Hourly Charter Services:

For Hourly Charter services, if available, the reservation will extend by one full hour at the 16th minute past the booked reservation end time.

Any additional time beyond the extended hour will be billed at the hourly rate applicable to the chosen service vehicle type.

For Sure Luxury reserves the right to cancel any reservation for various reasons regarding wait time, including but not limited to excessive wait time that will jeopardize a different reservation, and if no contact with the client can be made after For Sure Luxury has made all available attempts to contact.

For Hourly Charter services, if available, the reservation will extend by one full hour at the 16th minute past the booked reservation end time. Any additional time beyond the extended hour will be billed at the hourly rate applicable to the chosen service vehicle type.

For Sure Luxury reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to various reasons related to wait time, such as excessive wait time that could impact other reservations, the inability to contact the client after all available attempts have been made, or the need to end a reservation at the originally scheduled end time for an hourly charter or after the initial 15 minutes of wait time for a point-to-point or airport service reservation if it conflicts with another booked reservation.

For Sure Luxury reserves the right to include Travel Time fees. Travel Time is defined as the amount of time or distance in miles the service vehicle travels from the start or garage location, to the arrival at the passenger pickup location, and the return trip from the drop-off location.

In most cases, Travel Time fees will not apply. However, it is designed to cover expenses related to pickups excessively far from the normal operating zone or garage location.

It's important to note that Travel Time calculations are flexible, and starting garage locations can change. This ensures adaptability to varying circumstances.

Travel Time fees are determined and added at the sole discretion of For Sure Luxury, ensuring flexibility and transparency in addressing unique circumstances.

Hourly charter services provide flexibility for various events and occasions, and the terms for booking are as follows:

Minimum Booking Requirement: Hourly charter services require a minimum booking and depend on factors such as vehicle type, event type, time of year, and holidays.

Booking Process: A signed contract and prepayment by Cash or Credit Card may be required before services are rendered. Additionally, a non-refundable percentage-based deposit may be required to secure the reservation.

Start and End Times: Hourly services commence at the scheduled time, and it is imperative that every passenger is dropped off by the last minute of the selected time frame.

Additional Hours: If needed, additional hours may be added based on availability. The decision to accommodate additional hours is at the sole discretion of the Chauffeur.

Billing for Additional Hours: A full additional hour will be billed automatically at the current hourly rate when extending into the next hour beyond the planned reservation end time.

These terms are designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients during their hourly charter services.

For Sure Luxury LLC offers Point-to-Point Transfers and airport Pickup or Dropoff Services designed for direct, efficient transportation. Please note the following regarding additional stops:

Point-to-Point Transfers and Airport Services: These services do not include additional stops. However, if additional stops are requested and available to accommodate, the service will convert to a 2-Hour Minimum Rate Booking. The charges will be billed at the current hourly rate for the selected service vehicle type.

Non-Planned Additional Stops: During service, non-planned additional stops may be possible, subject to schedule permitting and at the sole discretion of For Sure Luxury Chauffeurs and/or Affiliate service providers.

Hourly Charters: Our hourly charter services offer flexibility with an unlimited number of stops. Additional stops can be added either before or during the scheduled reservation.

For your convenience and optimal service, please communicate any planned additional stops in advance. However, please understand that non-planned stops are subject to availability and the discretion of our chauffeurs and service providers.

For Sure Luxury LLC is committed to providing a seamless and lawful transportation experience for all clients. To ensure the safety, convenience, and compliance of our services, it is imperative that passenger pickup, dropoff, and waiting activities occur only at legal parking or designated passenger pickup/dropoff locations.

1. Legal Parking and Passenger Pickup/Dropoff Locations:

Service vehicles will exclusively operate within the boundaries of legal parking areas or designated passenger pickup/dropoff zones.

Clients are responsible for informing For Sure Luxury LLC about any specific legal requirements or restrictions at pickup or dropoff locations.

2. Parking Fees and Valet Services:

In cases where legal parking necessitates the payment of fees, including valet services, parking fees will be clearly defined as separate charges in the final invoice.

These charges will be seamlessly integrated into the overall billing, which may include increases from additional service fees and gratuity amounts.

3. Compliance with Local Regulations:

Clients are expected to be aware of and adhere to local regulations regarding passenger pickup and dropoff.

Any fines or penalties incurred due to non-compliance with local regulations will be the responsibility of the client.

By engaging the services provided by For Sure Luxury LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms outlined in this Passenger Pickup and Dropoff policy. Compliance with legal parking and pickup/dropoff regulations is crucial for the smooth execution of reservations.

All MSP departure drop-offs take place at the designated airline curbside location. Departure drop-offs at MSP are hassle-free and conveniently located for a seamless start to your journey.

For MSP arrival pickups, a Metropolitan Airport Commission (MAC) fee is included, and pickups are situated at the terminal's designated Commercial Vehicle Limo Area. This ensures a smooth transition from the airport to your destination.

Optional Services:

Meet & Greet Service: Available for an additional fee, our Meet & Greet service enhances your arrival experience. For domestic arrivals, your chauffeur will Meet & Greet you at the designated baggage claim carousel. For international arrivals, a warm welcome awaits just past the "International Arrivals" doors in the domestic baggage claim area.

Indoor Valet Pickup: (Dependent on valet availability) An additional fee applies, and this exclusive service is limited to MSP Terminal 1. Located in the Valet area directly below baggage claim, it provides an indoor setting with no exposure to external elements. This option is also handicap accessible.

Handicap Accessible Pickup: A handicap accessible pickup is available in the general passenger curbside pickup area. There is no additional fee for this service. Please request this service in advance if needed, ensuring we can provide the necessary accommodations for a comfortable experience.

Additional Information:

Complimentary flight tracking is included, allowing us to stay informed and prepared for your arrival.

For Sure Luxury endeavors to accommodate early or late arrivals. However, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule reservations if such arrivals excessively deviate from the schedule, potentially affecting other punctual reservations.

Clients will be informed in advance of any necessary rescheduling or cancellation, ensuring transparency and clarity.

For Sure Luxury assumes no liability for excessive changes in flight arrivals that may result in service adjustments or cancellations.

For Sure Luxury recommends that all reservation requests for any type of service be made at least 24 hours in advance to increase the chances of availability. Same-day and last-minute requests may include additional fees.

No availability, reservation, or guarantee of service is valid until an Official Reservation Confirmation has been received by the client from an authorized For Sure Luxury representative.

For Sure Luxury reserves the right to refuse service for any reason if it is determined that there is no availability for the requested reservation.

Affiliate Providers:

For situations where in-house availability is limited, For Sure Luxury reserves the right to book client reservations using affiliates. Third-Party Affiliate provider reservations will be quoted at the affiliate service's current rate(s).

When using an affiliate provider, For Sure Luxury will act as a referrer between the client and affiliate. For Sure Luxury assumes no responsibility or liability for any monetary or other business transactions that take place between the affiliate provider and the client. Additionally, For Sure Luxury assumes no responsibility during service when an affiliate provider is in use, as that falls under the responsibility of the affiliate provider.

If a third-party affiliate provider is required, any existing agreement or contract between For Sure Luxury and the client will be invalid and terminated.

For Sure Luxury LLC and its chauffeurs make every effort to check vehicles for items left behind immediately after service completion. However, For Sure Luxury assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or missing personal belongings from the service vehicle. We recommend that all valuables be removed from the vehicle when left unattended.

For Sure Luxury representatives are not in any way responsible or liable for any items left behind by clients or their guests during or after service. It is the sole responsibility of the client and their guests to ensure that all personal belongings are accounted for upon exiting the service vehicle.

During an hourly charter, please note that the chauffeur will not leave the vehicle unattended, further reducing the risk of theft. However, it's important to emphasize that For Sure Luxury LLC and its representatives are not responsible for any theft, robbery, or loss of items from the service vehicle, even with this precautionary measure in place.

Clients who believe they have left items in a For Sure Luxury vehicle may contact For Sure Luxury LLC promptly to inquire about the possibility of retrieval. However, For Sure Luxury does not guarantee the recovery of lost items and is not liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damages resulting from items left behind.

By utilizing the services provided by For Sure Luxury LLC, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined in this Vehicle Security, Passenger Belongings, Lost and Found Policy.

For Sure Luxury LLC values the safety and satisfaction of all clients. It is crucial for passengers to adhere to all rules and regulations during the transportation service. Therefore, passengers must acknowledge the following:

1. Incurred Fees or Tickets:

If any actions or behaviors of the passengers result in fines, fees, or tickets, including but not limited to parking enforcement fees, law enforcement tickets, or any other penalties, it will be the sole responsibility of the passengers.

2. Legal Compliance:

Passengers are expected to comply with all local laws, regulations, and ordinances during the entirety of the transportation service.

Any legal consequences arising from non-compliance will be the responsibility of the passengers involved.

3. Indemnification:

Passengers agree to indemnify and hold For Sure Luxury LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any liabilities, costs, expenses, or damages resulting from actions or behaviors that lead to fines, fees, or tickets.

By engaging the services provided by For Sure Luxury LLC, passengers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Passenger Responsibility for Incurred Fees and Tickets policy. Failure to comply with local laws may result in legal consequences, and any resulting fees or tickets will be the responsibility of the passengers involved.

In strict adherence to state and federal laws, For Sure Luxury LLC maintains a zero-tolerance compliance policy against the consumption of alcoholic beverages, tobacco, or the smoking or vaping of any substance by individuals not of legal age. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in all For Sure Luxury LLC service vehicles.

For Sure Luxury LLC reserves the unequivocal right to immediately terminate its services under the zero-tolerance compliance policy in response to any illegal or unsafe activities by passengers. Such activities include, but are not limited to, illegal/illicit drug use or drug possession observed by the Chauffeur, underage drinking or intoxication, acts of violence, disorderly conduct, or any form of abuse directed towards the service vehicle, For Sure Luxury LLC employees, contractors, and/or affiliate service providers.

Termination of service is solely at the discretion of For Sure Luxury LLC personnel and/or the Chauffeur. In the event of service termination, no refunds will be provided. Clients are reminded that service termination is implemented to uphold safety, compliance, and the well-being of all passengers and staff.

By engaging the services provided by For Sure Luxury LLC, the client explicitly acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the terms outlined in this Service Termination and Breach of Contract policy. This acknowledgment extends to understanding the legal basis for such termination in the interest of safety and compliance.

At the sole discretion of For Sure Luxury LLC, the client agrees to be fully liable for the following fees that may occur from use by the client or their guests.

$200 - Basic Cleaning Fee: Non-shampoo and/or non-disinfecting, extensive clean-up of any type, including but not limited to garbage & spills.

$300 - Advanced Cleaning Fee: Shampoo and/or disinfecting. (Due to sickness, spill, etc.)

$400 - Damage Fee: Including but not limited to burns, scuffs, tears, etc. to upholstery, leather, or any surface material.

$500 - Vandalism Fee: For each act of vandalism.

ALL LISTED FEE'S ARE MINIMUM AMOUNTS, AND MAY INCREASE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF FOR SURE LUXURY LLC.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, For Sure Luxury LLC, a company based in Edina, Minnesota, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

The use or inability to use the services.

Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the services.

Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.

Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services.

The limitations of this section shall apply to any theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, and whether or not For Sure Luxury LLC has been informed of the possibility of any such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

In no event shall For Sure Luxury LLC's total liability to you for all claims related to the services exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific services in dispute.

This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to this agreement or the services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

The prevailing party in any action or proceeding to enforce this agreement shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in connection with such action or proceeding.

For Sure Luxury LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, embargoes, government orders, or any other force majeure event.

If a force majeure event occurs, For Sure Luxury LLC will promptly notify the other party of the nature and expected duration of the event and will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the impact of the event on the performance of its obligations under this agreement.

During the continuance of such a force majeure event, the affected party shall be excused from performance of its obligations under this agreement to the extent such performance is hindered by the force majeure event.

If the force majeure event continues for a period of 30 days, either party may terminate this agreement with immediate effect upon written notice.

For Sure Luxury LLC reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the company's website. It is the responsibility of the client to regularly check for any changes. Continued use of For Sure Luxury LLC's services after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated terms. If a client disagrees with any changes, their sole remedy is to discontinue using the services and, if applicable, terminate any ongoing agreements.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law or court decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render this entire agreement unenforceable or invalid. Instead, the provision shall be amended and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of the provision to the greatest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

For Sure Luxury LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted in this agreement. No waiver of any provision of this agreement shall be considered a waiver of any other provision or of For Sure Luxury LLC's right to require strict observance of each of the terms herein. Any failure by For Sure Luxury LLC to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any future enforcement of that or any other provision.
