Where will my chauffeur meet me at MSP?
Your chauffeur texts you the meeting spot after you land and waits for you in the Terminal 1 limo lobby with a sign. Prefer a personal welcome? Add Meet & Greet and your chauffeur will be waiting at baggage claim. Your first airport arrival with us includes Meet & Greet free of charge, so you can experience it.

You get the vehicle class you book: sedan, SUV, stretch limousine, Sprinter or bus. Exact models vary, from luxury sedans like the Lucid Air to full-size SUVs like the Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon XL, Cadillac Escalade ESV, Lincoln Navigator L and Ford Expedition MAX.
What if I'm not sure of my exact pickup time?
Book Event Flex Point-to-Point, a one-way ride with a 2-hour pickup window. It's popular for dinners, concerts and games, but works for any one-way trip when you're not sure exactly when you'll be ready. Your vehicle is there whenever you're ready within the window. Can we have drinks in the vehicle?
Yes. As a licensed limousine service, Minnesota law allows passengers 21 and older to have open alcoholic beverages in the vehicle during their ride. You're welcome to bring your own (we don't provide alcohol), and cups are available on request.
