• Trip details: pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times, flight numbers, number of passengers and bags, and any special requests or notes.
• Communications: emails, texts and calls with us or your chauffeur, and any reviews or feedback you send.
• Website information: basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and general location, collected through cookies and similar tools.
• Safety recordings: vehicles may be equipped with cameras for safety and security.

2How We Use It

• To quote, confirm, schedule, provide and bill your transportation.
• To track your flight and adjust your pickup to arrival changes.
• To send confirmations, chauffeur updates, receipts and service messages.
• To answer questions, resolve issues and handle lost items, claims or disputes.
• To keep our passengers, chauffeurs and vehicles safe, and to meet legal, insurance and regulatory requirements.
• To improve our website and services. With your consent, we may also send occasional offers by email, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

3How We Share It

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide your service:

• Your chauffeur or partner operator receives the names, phone numbers, addresses and flight details needed to complete your trip, and is required to keep them confidential.
• Service providers that help us run the business, such as our reservation platform, payment processor, website host, email and phone providers, and flight tracking tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect the safety of anyone, or to respond to a payment dispute or insurance claim.
• Business transfers: if our business is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

4Text Messages

• When you book, you agree to receive texts about your reservation, such as confirmations, en-route and arrival messages, and receipts. Message frequency varies by trip. Message and data rates may apply.
• We do not send marketing texts without your express consent.
• Reply STOP to opt out of non-essential texts, or HELP for help. You may still receive messages needed to complete a trip already in progress.
• Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.

5Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features, such as online booking, may not work properly without them.

6Payment Security

Card payments are processed by our third-party payment processor using industry-standard encryption. For Sure Luxury does not store full card numbers. Charges appear on your statement as FSL TRANSPORTATION.

7Retention & Security

We keep reservation and billing records for as long as needed to provide service, keep accurate business, tax and insurance records, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please contact us right away if you believe your information has been misused.

8Your Choices

• You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving marketing messages. Email reservations@forsureluxury.com and we will respond within 45 days.
• We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep information we are required to retain by law or need for an open reservation, payment or claim.
• We will not treat you differently for making a privacy request.

9Children

Our website and booking services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Reservations for minors must be made by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult, as described in our Terms & Conditions of Service.
