Common Questions
See how our hourly and point-to-point options work on Booking Options, or check our rates.
See all FAQsHow far ahead should I book for a busy date?
As early as you can. Game days, New Year’s Eve and the holiday airport rushes can sell out weeks ahead.
Why is busy-date service hourly?
On our busiest days every vehicle is committed for the whole event, start to finish. Booking by the hour (usually a 3-hour minimum) means your chauffeur waits for you and the timing is never rushed.
Can I still book an airport ride during the holidays?
Yes. Airport rides are available every day; on holidays they may carry a 2-hour minimum. Reserve early for the Thanksgiving and Christmas rushes.
My event isn’t listed. Can you still help?
Of course. We cover games, concerts, galas, weddings and conventions all year. Get a quote or call or text 612-888-2008.
