Booking Options & Policies
Choosing the right type of reservation makes sure your vehicle is there when you need it. Here's how each booking option works, so you can pick the right one when you request your quote.
Everyday Booking Options
Point-to-Point. One pickup and one drop-off, A to B, with no added stops. Your chauffeur waits up to 15 minutes past your scheduled pickup time.
Event Flex Point-to-Point. A one-way trip with a 2-hour pickup window, for any trip when you're not sure exactly when you'll be ready. It's most popular for dinners, concerts, and regular-season Twins, Timberwolves and Wild games. Your vehicle is there whenever you're ready within the window. Trips that go past 2 hours and 15 minutes add one hour. Most clients choose Event Flex for dinners and events so they know the vehicle will be there. Book Event Flex Point-to-Point online. Trips with Stops. Need to make stops along the way? Trips with stops are billed as a 2-hour minimum reservation.
Hourly Charters & Airport Transfers
Hourly Charter. Your chauffeur and vehicle stay with you for as long as you need, for meetings, nights out, weddings and events. 3-hour minimum. In our booking app, choose Hourly charter.
Airport Transfers. One-way trips to or from the airport, billed like point-to-point. In our booking app, choose To Airport or From Airport. Available every day, with flight tracking on every arrival. High-Demand Days
On holidays, Vikings home games, playoff games, major concerts and other big events, every reservation that day is hourly only, booked for the entire event from start to finish (3-hour minimum for most). When booking for one of these days, please choose Hourly charter so your quote is accurate. Event Flex Point-to-Point is not available on high-demand days.
