Indoor Pickup
Your comfort matters even before you step outside the airport. With our Indoor Pickup option, your chauffeur meets you in the climate-controlled comfort of valet parking, creating a seamless transition from the terminal to the interior of your vehicle.
This option is available exclusively at Terminal 1 and is automatically included when you upgrade to Meet & Greet at baggage claim, so you never step outside in Minnesota weather.
Finding Your Chauffeur at MSP Terminal 1
Where you meet your chauffeur depends on the pickup option you selected.
At Baggage Claim
Nothing to find. Your chauffeur will be waiting at your baggage claim carousel with chilled or room-temperature water, so you can refresh the moment you land. Your first airport arrival with us includes Meet & Greet free of charge.
Limo Lobby Pickup
Follow the four steps below from baggage claim to the limo lobby, where your chauffeur will be waiting with a sign and will walk you to your vehicle.
Follow the Ground Transportation signs
From baggage claim, follow the overhead Ground Transportation signs. They lead you down an escalator into the tunnel.
Walk through the tunnel
Continue through the tunnel. On the opposite side, look for the signs for Brown Ramp and Limos.
Take the escalator up
Follow the Brown Ramp / Limos signs to the escalators and ride up one level to the limo lobby.
Meet your chauffeur
At the top of the escalator is the limo lobby. Your chauffeur will be waiting with a sign and will walk you to your vehicle.
